Below, you’ll find the White crochet baby dress free pattern in sizes 0-3 months.
This design is suitable for both beginners and advanced crocheters.
Skill level: Easy/Medium
SIZES:
0-3 months:
- Head circumference = 33 – 36 cm.
- Neck circumference = 25 or 30 cm
- Shoulder Length = 6.5 – 7 cm.
- Dress length = 35 cm.
Note:
You can find other sizes in the PDF in my Etsy Shop HERE!
Materials / Supplies:
You will need :
- Crochet hook size: 3.5mm (E/4).
- Yarn Medium (4): wool or cotton in any color (140g). (I used wool yarn HiMALAYA EVERYDAY, 100% Acrylic / 100 g – 250 mt, 273 yards, 3.5 oz, color Pink color and White color).
- Stitch markers.
- Scissors.
- Yarn Needle.
- Tape measure.
- 1 Button.
- 1 Flower (you can see the tutorial Here!).
STITCHES:
- Ch – chain
- St/sts – stitch/stitches
- Sl st – slip stitch (Insert hook into stitch. Yarn over and pull through both the stitch and loop on the hook).
- Sc – single crochet (Insert hook into stitch. Yarn over pull through two loops).
- Dc – double crochet (Yarn over. Insert hook into stitch. Yarn over pull through stitch. Yarn over pull through two loops. Yarn over pull through two loops).
- Lacy Shell Stitch – (2 dc, ch 1, 2 dc) all in the same stitch ( ch space).
- P – picot stitch
PATTERN NOTES:
- If the number is written before the stitch 2 hdc work 2hdc into the same stitch. If the number is written after the stitch hdc 2 work hdc into next 2 stitches.
- Repeat what is written in the () as many times as it’s written right after the (). For example: Repeat (2hdc, hdc1) 5 times. It means that you have to repeat the sequence work 2 hdc sts into the same st. 1 hdc into the next one 5 times. And you will get 5 additional stitches by doing that.
- The slip stitch does not count as a stitch in the pattern.
- Ch 3 does count as a stitch and the 2nd stitch should be in the next stitch.
- At the end of each round/row please count how many sts do you have at the end of that round/row.

Hi, sorry to be a pain but im working on the skirt and round 11 on the skirt doesnt look right because of the ch2 , sc, ch2 and when i add round 12 it looks funny, is it supposed to look the way it does and looks better when its finished or am i over thinking it?? I’m teaching myself how to read patterns and was wondering if Im doing it wrong.
Hi Julia,
Thank you for your comment.
I didn’t understand what you mean, Can you send me the picture to my email soukainacollections.com
Thank you and have a great day!
Soukaina.
Hi,
I’m just on the neck finishing and I’m a little confused. How does the back fasten up? Is this the reason for the chain 8 and is there a specific position to start?
Many thanks
Hi not sure if you’ll see this since it’s been a while but I’m confused on row 11, do I crochet in the chain 2 spaces or do I skip those completely?
Hi Allison!
Thank you for your comment!
Sorry for the delay!
You have to skip the chain 2 spaces (between shell stitches) and crochet in the chain 1 spaces (in shell stitches)!
Any further help? Please don’t hesitate to contact me!
Thank you and sorry again!
Happy crocheting!
